Projects & Clients
Thoughtified apply cutting-edge research to solve problems in industry and help people in their work. The directors of Thoughtified are closely connected to academia, and in particular are working on two domains: participatory sensing and large dataset extraction and processing.
The aim of Thoughtified is to turn thought into action and use innovation to help industries to make an impact while saving time and money. Our products so far include asset management systems with real-time location information, large Web-harvested/crowdsourced data processing with KPI delivery on Web and mobile applications, as well as ubiquitous computing (sensoring) platforms.
ManageAssets
Location-aware technology that enables assets to be tracked using a Web application and mobile devices. ManagePlaces is a Software-as-a-Service application that enables land-owners and people working remotely to use location information, helping them in their work. Another application under development combines with ManageAssets platform with image recognition software to enable wild animals to be tracked through photographs instead of invasive tracking devices.
PatientAlert
Technology Strategy Board backed work with Central Surrey Health (CSH), a community care provider and the first social enterprise to come out of the NHS. We are developing a smartphone and Web system for community health providers. The platform consists of a private cloud implementation with GP and hospital data exchange features as well as patient information access from smartphone and tablet devices for nurses. CSH, plus a range of stakeholders in Surrey and beyond are helping to define the requirements and pilot the system.
WebEnablement
We use our skill set to enable large datasets (typically in the health, research and fraud sectors) to be accessible through the Web with access to Key Performance Indicators. At the same time, we make these datasets highly secure, sustainable and scalable, with usability in mind.

SensorHome
A system for accessing sensored information from your home, wherever you are, provided as an API to commercial solutions or as an independent platform with accompanying hardware.

Mobile applications that use a cloud business model to make them approachable by SMEs. We are developing a suite of applications that offer value for a large number of organisations that are affordable and don’t have the issues that are typically associated with conventional mobile applications. The Placeable points-of-interest App and Askingly location-based survey/voucher system are examples of products we are creating and rolling out.
